The Green Bay Women's Club began as the Junior Women's Club of Green Bay in 1969.  It is a member of the Wisconsin Federation of Woman's Club (WFWC) and the national General Federation of Woman's Clubs (GFWC).  The GFWC is one of the world's largest and oldest women's volunteer service organizations and is most recognized for establishing 75% of America's public libraries.  There are over 6,500 clubs in the U.S., and all are united by a dedication to community improvement through volunteer service.
